Obrador is a sourdough project run by Emiliano and Rodrigo in Buenos Aires, Argentina. They are two bread lovers who want to bring healthty and accesible food closer to their community. Emiliano is one of Richards Bertinet disciples across the world, and has been working with bread for a long time. He loves his bread, he loves making it and cares about one thing: being honest with the food he sells.
We met during 2018 through social media, and from that time on we've been friends, perhaps more like a family of people who love their jobs, and my job during the morning baking hours was to capture the essence of Obrador, which I believe you can see on this portraits. Besides my photographer role, that night I learned about life-work, goals, focus and, of course, about bread.
